It’s a important way to solve the lower middle income family housing demands. It canease effectively Middle and Low Income Groups housing demands. The service object ofindemnificatory housing is the low-income family, so the area and cost of structure is strictlycontrolled. And what cannot be changed is that indemnificatory housing is the fundamentalmaterial carrier for human living. Low construction cost don’t means bad quality, it alsoprovide a good living environment for people. So it requires the function is reasonable, andeasy to use on basic living demands. The internal environment of building must be practicaland economic. A good design of landscape and environment of settlement is also importantfor the living people. The indemnificatory housing construction of Guangzhou has certainrepresentativeness in China. This article from the landscape arrangement, people’spsychological need, cost control, the creation of local scenery and the development ofsustainable landscape to expound the indemnificatory housing general situation ofdevelopment, current situation of landscape, existing problems and experience reference. Andalso combined with several actual indemnificatory housing projects that the author had eventaken part in and the feature of Guangzhou territory based on the successful experience ofanalyzing public housing construction of Hong Kong and Singapore, it aims to summarize aprinciple and means about indemnificatory housing residential landscape design ofGuangzhou and to provide some constructive opinions to optimize the landscape design ofindemnificatory housing projects in implementation or to be implemented. According toexisting residential patterns and housing psychological demands of the people thatindemnificatory housing serves. Adequately combining the resident function and architecturaldesign with Landscape environment and manifesting Lingnan characteristics in architecturalimage and landscape to create new residential communities of indemnificatory housing. Thefirst chapter is the preface of this article, to put forward the study background, purpose andthe significance and structure the study framework and content arrangement. The secondchapter is the analysis and conclusion to indemnificatory housing residential landscape thathave had research result at home and abroad.
