| The first part of this article describes three methods for productions ofionized cluster. A sputter ion source and associated injection system ischose for the cluster experiment based on the HI-13 tandem accelerator.The beam optics system is calculated and designed. The trajectorys of allbeam constituents at the high-energy end are calculated at a small angledirection behind the 90°-analyzing magnet.The second part introduces the design of Visual-Optic, and somefunctions are described. |
