In this paper,thermal analysis of a rfq cavity is studied,some important parameters about the water cooling system of high current rfq cavities,such as the heat transfer coefficient,the optimized position of water cooling channels and the optimized temperature of the cooling water are obtained. In the end,adjustment of the run-time frequency of rfq cavities by means of the water cooling system is described.
