Highway Project Management Elements Of Analysis And Research

Through analyzing the expressway project management, on the basement of interpreting the development and actuality of project management of domestic and abroad, and dividing four stages and applying to contents and the inputs of project management. The elements of highway project management are decided. What we have made it clear is that what is the influence of the elements to project management, what are the problems of the elements and how to do with it. The contents and the inputs of the resource (labor, capital, time )during the different period of expressway project management are analyzed; using the network diagram, duration-cost equilibrium and resource equilibrium methods analyze emphatically the expenditure of time, capital and other resource during the third stage of project management. At the same time, based on looking on highway project management as a system, we analyzed the pertinence of the elements. The emphasis of this paper is to optimize the elements, and to mode for the elements based on their importance, HAP is used.
