The assemblage energy-saving external thermal insulation facing board is studied in this paper. The board consist of insulating layer with EPS , enhancement layer with resisting alkali glass fiber grid cloth,facing layer with powdered XPS binder;and high flexibilitiable surface layer of paint. This baord have fuctions both energy-saving and decoration. Extruded polystyrene board used as Polystyrene board,which are light, closed porosity(98%),low water absorption,high strength,and low thermal conductivity properties,is a kind of good thermal insulation material. Protective layer have double functions which are protection and decoration. Decorative layer are made of all kinds of flexibilitiable paint or ceramic tile. The energy-saving exterior insulation panel size of 600mm×600mm,thickness in accordance with the provisions of the regional energy efficiency standards for heat transfer coefficient,are generally not less than 50mm. The sheet side lap slot located,between the board and the wall Paste with mechanical fasteners to double-insurance connection,board and board dislocation lap,leaving a groove width and groove,lap sealant coated parts to prevent leaks. The wall installed to form a natural sub-lattice,good decorative effect.The assemblage energy-saving external thermal insulation facing board consist of the insulating layer,resistant layer,facing layer. There are some advantages,such as production in the plant,On-site Assembly,construction rapidly,quality controlling easily,Industrialization and have huge value of application.
