The problem of concrete pavement Cracking is internationally highlighted. Although some research achievements have been gained, early cracking of pavement is still difficult to solve effectively. Aimed at the problem, the thesis carried out studies as follows.Prophase study shows that transit-layer and its cracking bring on rupturing crack of pavement at low stress level, and the new type pavement structure proposed based on cracking mechanism, namely "insulating-layer concrete pavement structure", possesses excellent anti-crack properties. Combined with the fracture mechanics and traditional mechanics, the cracking process of concrete pavement was explored further based on the difference of real model and ideal one of the concrete pavement. Two fatigue experiments and destroying tests of pavement structure make it clear that transit layer has a quite obvious influence on mechanics properties of pavement material, and compared with traditional pavement structure, the bearing capacity of the insulating-layer pavement structure is enhanced obviously, and fatigue performance is improved greatly. The experiment validates the theory of insulating-layer.Reasonable calculating model which is fit for insulating-layer pavement structure was setted up and validated in the thesis. By virtue of this model, variety laws of mechanics performance of actual insulating-layer pavement structure were analyzed under different designing parameters and loads, and the load-stress calculating formula at odd-axis load and the temperature-warp composite stress calculating formula were summarized. Besides, relative parameters in design method were explored about insulating-layer pavement structure.
