| For the discontinuous construction and the diverse material properties of the semi-rigid asphalt pavement layers, it is impossible for the interface between layer and layer to be entirely continuous and be likely to be slip,thereby results in the fatigue damage such as ruts and cracks.In this paper,the pavement stress and deflection changing rules under the diverse felt state between surface and the base have been calculated and analysed through the BISAR3.0 program,furthermore,the effect that the felt state between surface and the base to the pavement using performance also has analysed,as showed that the felt state between layer and layer is significant to the resisting crack and waterproof of the asphalt and it is suggested that a felt-layer should be set between surface and base to improve the felt state.On the base of the domestic and overseas research,and combined with the Heng Da freeway test road,a lot of indoor and outdoor felt-layer test have been designed and carried out,and the shear strength,direct extend strength and drawing strength are suggested to be the indexes to evaluate the felt-layer property.The felt-layer types,the optimal quantity of the modify materials and the felt-layer optimal sprinkle quantity are studied,include material property test,indoor direct shear test,direct extend test,spot drawing test and waterproof test,and the optimal sprinkle quantity of each felt-layer are confirmed.Through the construction of the test road,the comparison between the four felt-layers of rubber modified asphalt, epoxy modified asphalt,SBS modified asphalt and the slurry seal are carried out and the rubber modified asphalt felt-layer is decided to be the optimal felt-layer, the rubber optimal quantity and the optimal sprinkle quantity are decided to be 15.0% and 1.4kg/m~2. Through the construction of the test road, the felt-layer production and construction technics have been studied,and after the construction,the strength and deflection inspection are carried out to compare with the specification and some evaluation to the test road is presented.It is expected that the study on the felt-layer can offer scientific reference for resist crack,rut and waterproof design of the asphalt pavement. |
