Research On Spatial Governance And Execution In Circum-tai Lake Region In Suzhou

Circum-Tai lake region in Suzhou not only possesses the rich natural cultural resources, but also it plays a more important role in region ecological security and coordinated urban-rural development. The level of urbanization in Circum-Tai Lake Region In Suzhou has enhanced rapidly since1990's. However, in general, the level of social and economic development is still low. Meanwhile, urban space expansion excessively, together with the improper exploitation of land resources, etc, thus makes environment problems more and more severe recent years.Under the guidance of scientific developing viewpoint, combining the basic idea of governance with the theories of behavior and geography science, it does show the bright way that how to solute the problems of regional spatial governance from a positive analysis view. Therefore, this paper learns from the fruit of the research. firstly, reorganizing the theoretical framework of spatial governance and execution. Summarize the crux of the reasons by the regional evolution features and behavior game analysis. Then construct the goals on the whole and propose two strategic countermeasures——the feature differential strategy and the integrated progressive strategy. The former one is to give the targeted tactics through the feature spatial zoning and rules of regional evolution; the latter one is to achieve integrated targets in space and time dimensions by establishing the contacts and coordination zoning. Lastly the guarantee mechanism is put forward for spatial governance and execution in aspects of administrative, legal, economi(cfinancial), land, social participation, etc.
