The Study On Spatial Governance Of Xi'an Administrative Region Of A City

Xi'an is the rapid development of urbanization in the big city, the capital city of Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi and the whole western economy, trade, science, education, transportation centers. Administrative region of Xi'an within a relatively strong industrial base, a more reasonable industrial structure, improving basic infrastructure, technological and cultural strengthen, with higher scientific research production, have unique advantages for development.Dissertation from the National Development and Reform Commission project on "The Reaserch on Planning Governance of China's urban development and construction".In this paper, spatial governance of Administrative Region of Xi'an as the main line, the paper draws lessons from domestic and foreign basic theoretical research and positive study on regional spatial governance do a more in-depth discussion. Under the guidance of the relevant theory, which is related to city spatial governance, make full use of the collected data about spatial governance and administrative region of Xi'an's spatial-related data of the combination of qualitative and quantitative research, and uses inductive, deductive research method on the issue about spatial governance of Administrative Region of Xi'an.The research shows status of spatial governance of Administrative Region of Xi'an, there is spatial on the historical and cultural cities, such as the problem of insufficient protection, urban transportation problem with excessive population density, single-center urban structure, ecological and other environmental damage; exist in administrative planning and management lack of coordination, spatial policy orientation is not clear, managers at all levels of higher awareness of such issues as a whole and solve these problems, point out the requirement and the basic content of the spatial governance of administrative region of Xi'an, and from spatial governance mission, objectives, principles, proposes the practical and feasible plan about the region of Xi'an on spatial arrangement and district delimits. In the plan, the region of Xi'an includes ecology protect areas, developing areas and village coordinated areas, at last gives the corresponding implementation measure and the safeguard suggestion.
