Study On Spatial Governance Of Urban And Rural Areas Of Suzhou

Suzhou, as a famous historical and cultural city of our country and a newly rising industrial city, has been gifted natural resource, humane resource and great advantage of region site as well . Since 1980's ,with a rapidly rising urban economy and rapidly rising to unbalanced growth, Suzhou is giving reduce to the ecological capacity of the urban space and deteriorate to the environment quality. The urban development of Suzhou face a great deal of problems, such as the land resource, ecological quality of the environment, coordination of city and countryside etc. Introducing the idea of regional spatial governance is attempt to analysis the economics and society reason of urban space expanding ,which is based on the space as the basic carrier of city's development, through urban and rural areas controlling and guiding , to integrate land and space resource , make sure that urban and rural space development has order on time and control on space. Reassign urban and rural resource and promote the development of both Urban and Rural Areas. It has important meaning to the whole development level and city competitiveness of Suzhou ,and it could alleviate real needs that the city is experiencing kinds of contradiction and pressure in urban developing.The paper draws lessons from domestic and foreign basic theoretical research and positive study on regional spatial governance ,then summarize the basic idea, pattern and measure. In charge of managing the existing problem and current situation of spatial governance ,it propose regional spatial governance of Suzhou on main task, goal, principle and the regional spatial governance district plan and the implementation measure. Then base on government's angle, the paper give suggestion to the safeguard mechanism of the regional spatial governance of Suzhu.The main innovation of the paper is that firstly, drawing lessons from domestic and foreign regional and urban spatial governance theory and practical experience, it interpenetrate the process of disposal the urban and rural areas and regulating plan construction behavior. Secondly, with analyzing social economy problem of urban and rural areas displaying in urbanization process of rapid urbanization regions and unifying Suzhou's present situation, the paper construct the plan of the urban and rural areas spatial governance of Suzhou.
