Thispaper according the construction of Qinghai highway electronic toll collection(ETC)s ystem,aims at the existing intelligent transport system of high cost,difficult maintenance and o ther issues,and puts forward the key technology of automatic vehicle identification(AVI)and V ehicle automatic classification(VAS).And found the AVI is the core technology of ETC,which is the current urgent need to develop.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses the AVI technology based on radio frequency identification technology:The working principle of radio frequency identification technology is given firstly.Then the algorithm was improved based on the traditional binary anti-collision algorithm.The performance algorithm is compared between the traditional binary anti-collision algorithm and improved algorithm.The results show that the improved algorithm can ignore the repeated verification of electronic signatures tag complete redundancy,only to collide bits for transmission and processing,thereby reducing the contrast and the number of single transmission time and improve the efficiency of the system.Meanwhile article also compared the algorithm with calculation and simulation.And the results show that the improved anti-collision algorithm efficiency has been greatly improved over traditional binary anti-collision algorithm.In this paper,another key technology of electronic toll collection systems VAS is analyzed and presents a recognition method based on image recognition technology to improve ETCs.Finally,this paper introduces a mobile communication network platform,it proposed charging system based mobile communication network(GMS system),combined with the advantages of mobile transmission networks and intelligent transportation system charges.In this paper,the traditional electronic charge system has been improved with the development of embedded systems IPC module,and use short message as a transmission mode reduces the operating cost of the system.In the study of the background processing system,operating system,database integration,database systems,you can use "temporary buffer" database processing mechanism to deal with abnormal traffic;entrance and exit of incomplete information,network transmission delay and so on.ETC strong adaptability with database operations,good expansion capability and can accommodate a variety of types of business changes.In this paper,the overall design and implementation of intelligent transport systems through fees,including:reception,intermediate transmission,processing background information on intelligent transportation subsystems three toll system was perfect.
