| HV(high voltage)switchboard is indispensable in the electric power system,which can drop into or drop out of running line in gear and exscinde looey line for controlling and protecting the power system. Because of HV switchboard plays an important role in protecting the power network and load running safely and stably, so its reliable service is very important. Studying on the method and technique about condition monitoring for HV switchboard is important complementarity and new development for traditional off-line preventive test, witch is propitious to realize the state- overhaul, so that it can improve the reliability of power system.This paper makes sure a group of monitoring parameters which can be actualized for 10kV HV switchboard based on the study on it's main failure and the parameters showing it's running condition. One distributed embedded on-line monitoring system is put forward, which is real time, sustains complicated arithmetic and can communicate long-distance, based on DSP(digital signal processing)as the core of disposing cell and CAN(control area network) bus as communicating bus, meeting the function requireme- -nt of monitoring HV switchboard's mechanism characteristic, insulation characteristic, temperature and electrical life-span.The hardware of the import, export, central processing, man-machine conversation and communicating of this system is designed based on analyzing the characteristic and the method of processing of parameter's. On the design of software, blocking structure and multitask real time attemper are adopted, and the program of every function module is presented. At last, the emulate is made for validate the validity of the method of signal processing partially, and the experiment is made for validate the monitoring function partially. The result indicates that the capability of this system is all right to meet the designing requirements. |
