In this paper, design a suitable switchgear line partial discharge monitoring device that can meet UHF, HF, ultrasonic three kinds of partial discharge detection methods in the software and hardware for signal processing effectively exclude acquisition-site interference, three detection methods can be integrated diagnostics, reduce false positives, which can effectively locate discharge source.According to the band and the typical characteristics of the interference signal band live local UHF signals and avoid interference bands typical sensor design, taking into account the effective signal band, designed UHF PD sensors. Through theoretical analysis and simulation, combined with high-frequency PD bands designed high frequency partial discharge sensors. Ultrasonic sensors selected US D9241A ultrasonic sensors.In terms of software and hardware design, considering the scene of disturbances, respectively, anti-jamming circuit design hardware, software algorithm effectively exclude site interference, the signal detected by the subsequent analysis and more to meet demand.Due to the high-speed oscilloscope stable performance, high-speed signal acquisition and open programming interface, the paper developed switchgear line monitoring system background analyzes were performed on the oscilloscope, and according to the needs of the test, the background application development software, time domain waveforms can be displayed simultaneously, PRPD, PRPS, such as maps, but also to give the diagnosis based on the test results.Finally, the development of the switchgear line monitoring systems for laboratory and field applications experimental results show that this can be a good instrument to identify the type of partial discharge, discover latent defects in the device, the validity of the instrument.
