Steel structure refractory performance is poor, petrochemical enterprise more for outdoor steel structure, and met in petrochemical enterprises for hydrocarbon fire, fire more compared with ordinary fire of hydrocarbons fire a heating speed, inflammable, explosive, so characteristics in petrochemical enterprises for steel structure of the fire protection becomes even more important, the current domestic petrochemical enterprise of most used fire-retardant coating for more than thick tu type inorganic material, but with ultra-thin fire retardant coating, petrochemical enterprise has many advantages of using super-thin fire coatings trend.For ultra-thin domestic fire-retardant coating in petrochemical enterprise applications haven't standard can depend on hindered super-thin fire coatings in the development of our country. In recent years, China also introduced some high quality super-thin fire coatings, but are expensive, and limit its further popularized.Taking sichuan petrochemical 80 million tons/year ethylene refining integration project as the background, the test method of using concluded to coating super-thin fire-retardant coating for steel structures under the hydrocarbons plagues of various coating, refractory test of fire resistance properties were studied. Refractory test coatings choice points of two kinds of domestic and abroad, coating thickness choices are also different. In a large number of refractory after test, this paper using FDS software to the actual test computer simulation analysis and contrast.Through this paper tests showed, ultra-thin fire coatings in hydrocarbon fire can prevent heat to steel components of transmission, reduce the rate of temperature of steel members, effectively plays the role of friction temperature heat insulationThis thesis research work for domestic fire-retardant coating formulation super-thin in petrochemical enterprise application specifications and standards provides experimental data, at present, sichuan petrochemical projects already determined using a super-thin domestic fire-retardant coating, this for ultra-thin coatings in the wide application of domestic petrochemical enterprise has made a good beginning.
