More and more attention was paid to the appearance and health along with the continual improvement of quality of life. Traditional microwave oven cavity is not easy to clean up, and the appearance of it is not enough novel. Enamel cavity came into being under this kind of background .It not only can be easily to clean with the shining surface but also has good acid resistance and high temperature resistance.On the production line, a lot of problems often happen such as low output efficiency, non-uniform heating, sparking, leakage, etc. Adopting the traditional design manufacturing mode"design-trial-correct"to resolve these problems will waste a great deal of capital and time which is bad for market competition. The analytical solution is impossibility to be received because of the irregularity of microwave oven cavity and dissimilarity electricity parameter of the various material in it. It only can receive numerical solution depend on a certain algorithm of calculator. HFSS is a kind of high frequency electromagnetic simulation software based on finite element method really has certain advantage to simulate the high frequency multimode resonant cavity which contain lossy materials. It can computing the reflection coefficient of the magnetron energy output port, and can intuitively display the distribution of the electromagnetic field and the leakage around the door. Simulation combine together with experiment is more effective and accurate to study microwave oven, it is the inevitable trend to research new product.This paper discusses relevant theory concerning microwave oven, the theory analyzes microwave how to work from the magnetron to stove and heat food. Point out that simulation whether or not corresponds to experiment is decided by the precise microwave oven model in HFSS, and create the detailed microwave oven model. Research and develop the enamel craft which is suitable microwave oven, then improve the uniform and output efficiency of enamel microwave oven by simulation and experiment. To the author's knowledge, this is first instance to study irregular door structure by simulating complete microwave oven model in HFSS, accordingly summarize the leakage and sparking around the door and propose the improvement method for door structure.
