| With the development of microwave technique, application technology of microwave power also shows its advantages more and more. Microwave oven is a heating apparatus that most commonly uses microwave power. Output power and heating uniformity are major performance indicators, so it is important to measure output power and heating uniformity of microwave oven. By improving coupling aperture, power can be fed in microwave cavity to the greatest extent, which can on one hand greatly improve use efficiency of microwave; and on the other hand, can make the least energy reflect back to the magnetron, so as to avoid shortening the lifespan of magnetron, even damaging the magnetron.On the production line, such unfavorable phenomena as sparking, non-uniform heating and leakage, etc often happen. Usually designers solve this kind of problems through experiments, while experiments have the disadvantage of certain blindness. This leads to not only a large quantity of experimental research and development work, obscure experimental direction, low efficiency, but also disadvantage of relatively high cost. In order to overcome the deficit of the old traditional model of design-preproduction-correction, it is particularly important to combine the existing commercial software and experimental course properly. HFSS and CST are the earliest software introduced into China and after over 20 years' development, they have become the preferred tool in high-frequency structure for higher simulation accuracy and reliability, faster simulation speed, easy-to-use interface, stable and mature technology of adaptive mesh subdivision. Through studying of microwave heating chamber combining simulation software, people can improve structural design of resonator according to the characteristics of field structure; choose reasonable power output device, and have microwave energy couple into the coupling cavity and put into effect to the heating material to the maximum, and what's more, can judge whether there will be phenomenon of sparking near the coupling aperture. Under the instructions of theory, combining experiments and software is sure to become a new way of all corporations.This article gives a systematic analysis on how to improve the problem of sparking in coupling aperture and improve the uniformity of cooking, and explores the improvement of the problem of leakage in the oven door. First, the principle of sparking, field distribution uniformity and leakage are analyzed. Next, combining real examples in production, the problem of improving sparking and field distribution is analyzed; and at last, a series of exploratory research is done on the problem of leakage. By comparing the results of experiments and simulations, it proves that the microwave oven design method demonstrated in this article is really of great practical project value. |
