Along with the growing attention to environmental pollution of the country, to deal with the "industrial three-wastes" will become very important(significant). So, they had put forward a new design of the combustion boiler——three waste boiler in chemical industry. Three waste boiler technology is a new technonlogy which is used to deal with "industrial three-waste" and is widely used in modern chemical industry. It have the special features of running safety, better of stability, long use-life, reasonable of heat recovery large steam Etc, and so it could easily solve the pollution problem of the "industrial three-waste". Therefore, study the three waste boiler will produce far-reaching impact to China's chemical industry, and could bring huge economic benefits.According to the process features and control requirements of Yuxi Yinhe chemical industry's three waste boiler, this paper put forward a program of the three waste boiler DCS which is based on S7-400 PLC and WinCC6.20.Firstly, I have analysis the five subsystems and three processes of the three waste boiler system process flows(technical process) in this paper. Based on this, in the light of process requirement and the running process indicators of Yuxi Yinhe chemical industry's three waste boiler, I have designed the overall structure of the three waste boiler DCS system, and so on the whole control system's hardware devices selection had been analyzed and designed.Secondly, on the basis of overall structure, according to the control system structure and control objectives of three waste boiler, I was focus on designing specifically control process of the boiler drum level control system and boiler combustion control system, finally selected Siemens STEP7 V5.4 as programming software platform realized the lower position PLC PID program control.Upon the completion of the lower position control task, combined with TCP/IP network protocol, I finished the lower position hardware of PLC to upper monitor software and software to software data communications of the control system. And based on WinCC6.20 which is software development platform of the upper monitor control interface, realized the control interfaces configuration of upper monitor control system and the publishing of DCS on the Intranet.Finally, concluded the main work of this paper, summarized the main contents of this paper, and pointed out the inadequacy existing in this system and areas for improvement.The whole DCS continued have been running for one year after production, and is in good condition, implementated the industrial automation, saving around 9322 tons standard coal for the company, convert into 800 million RMB, and ultimately realized the win-win situation of environmental protection and economic benefits.
