The topics study the sintering waste heat boiler as thebackground, and optimally design the control program of boilercombustion system. Thus, it enhances the thermal efficiency, and reducescoal gas consumption to achieve energy-saving purpose. This articledescribes the boiler control system interiorly, broad status anddevelopment trend. It also gives a detailed analysis of the directcombustion type and circulating flue type waste heat boiler combustioncontrol system and control method, and sets up three single-inputsingle-output control system with blower control system, blast controlsystem, and furnace temperature control system. According to on-siteboiler operating data, this article analyses the three control system’sdynamic characteristics.The design of control program of the paper uses Cohn-Coon formulas andactual operating data of boiler and through mapping analysis to obtaindirect-fired combustion waste heat boiler combustion system temperature,Blower and blast control system transfer function. Application ofMATLAB software, in the SIMULINK environment, with the transferfunction of the demand for the controlled object, establish simulationmodel of the control system. Using three different control methods withPID control, fuzzy control, and fuzzy adaptive PID control, respectivelysimulate and compare the model, then chooses fuzzy adaptive PID ascontrol method of the temperature control system. Use PI control methodto control the blower and blast system.In this paper, according to the method for the direct-combustion wasteheat boiler combustion control system, the author studies and comparescirculating gas supplemental-combustion waste heat boiler combustioncontrol system’s simulation on blower, air supply and blast controlsystem model of burner. Use fuzzy adaptive PI control method to controlthe blower system, fuzzy adaptive PID control method to control the airsupply system, PI control method to control the blast system.Depending on the heat released of different by blast furnace gas, theauthor Calculate the value of blast furnace gas, with the calorific value of blast furnace gas as the benchmark, obtain the relative proportions ofcoefficient that Calorific value of blast furnace gas, established thecorresponding relationship table.Conclusion and outlook in this paper, it describes the main results toachieve and the needs of the further problems.
