With the development of information and automation technology,the progress of science and technology has increasingly shown its advantages.As an efficient and environmental friendly power generation equipment,IGCC has an irreplaceable position in the power industry.Waste heat boiler is one of the main components of IGCC.In the actual production and operation process,steam water circulation runs through the whole process of operation.The traditional boiler is a single drum,while the waste heat boiler is a three drum.The steam water cycle is very complex and the internal coupling of the cycle is high,which is difficult to control.Based on the STAR-90 simulation platform,taking the typical 9fb waste heat boiler as the research object,this paper analyzes the steam water circulation characteristics.The mechanism modeling method is used to identify the system model structure.The disturbance experiment is carried out on the STAR-90 simulation platform and the experimental data are extracted.The batch least square method is used to identify the model parameters of the data.The water level control system of waste heat boiler drum has the characteristics of nonlinearity,large lag,strong interference and large inertia.In order to better control the drum water level of waste heat boiler,this paper adopts automatic disturbance rejection controller(ADRC)to improve its control effect and improve the control accuracy and robustness of drum water level control system.Aiming at the problem of too many controller parameters and difficult to adjust,gray wolf algorithm(GWO)is introduced to adjust the controller parameters.Using MATLAB simulation platform for programming,the drum water level control system is constructed in Simulink,and the simulation experiment is carried out.Gray Wolf algorithm is used to adjust the parameters of ADRC-PI controller and PID-PI controller,and the effects of GWO-ADRC-PI controller and GWO-PID-PI controller on drum water level control are compared.The research shows that the control effect of GWO-ADRC-PI controller has the advantages of small overshoot,strong robustness and strong anti-interference ability.In order to further verify the control effect of ADRC controller,the PI-PI controller module in the three impulse cascade control system of steam drum water level of simulator is replaced by ADRC-PI controller,and the control effect of steam drum water level is compared through simulation experiment.The results show that the control effect of ADRC controller is better and has certain engineering application value.
