The Legal System Of China's Ecological Compensation Study

The need to actualize provide ecological service and social justice, and enhance the ecological compensation system is urgent. so I chose A Research on Ecological Compensation Legal System as my theme of this paper, which has both theoretical and practical value.This paper includes four parts. The Foreword introduces the background of ecological compensation system, the research of both domestic and abroad, the aim and meaning of this topic. The first chapter defines the ecological compensation system, analysis the content of ecological compensation, and put forward public items theory, external theory, ecological balance theory and environmental resources theory. The chapter Two concludes the practical experience of ecological compensation and analyzes the weakness.Through an observation of ecological compensation system, I find out the reckoning light of enhancing the ecological compensation system. The Chapter Three discusses the principle of ecological compensation. In addition,Imake a conclusion of ecological compensation transferring payment system, environmental taxation,ecological resources compensation system, deposit system, ecological migrants system, self-sponsored market and trade quotation system.
