Of China’s practice of river basin ecological compensation in some provinces have been carried out, but there are still legal mechanism is not sound, backward management system, compensation mode is single and lack of funding problems, which restrict the healthy development of river basin ecological compensation system, which cannot reflect the ecological compensation system of environmental and ecological value. In this paper, from the perspective of law of river basin ecological compensation of our country of Related concepts, theory and the status of the specific practice of the analysis, put forward the construction of ecological compensation mechanism and improve the relevant relief mechanism and so on.This paper is divided into five parts.
