Study On The Implementation Method And Technique Of Cleaner Production In Gold Mine Enterprise

The resource of gold is one of important resources in our country, and also an industry that causes much serious pollution and damage to the environment around. It gets a series environmental and ecological problems, while the gold resources were extracted, such as the surface subsidence caused by gold ore mining, gangue, waste gas, waste water and powder. They not only pollute the environment around the mining area, but also waste lots of resources. With the development of the circular economy, the sustainable development of gold mine enterprises get more and more attention. So people bring the conception of cleaner production into gold mine industry recently, in order to reduce the influence caused by gold mining on the environment and improve the availability of resources.This paper analyses the main characteristic of gold mine enterprise and the mail problems in the practice process of cleaner production in gold mine enterprise, using the main theory of cleaner production, combining the environmental influence cause by gold mining and the utilization of resources and energy; it also systemically discusses the main practice channel of cleaner production in gold mine enterprise, as mine planning, cleaner production technology, the water utilization, the utilization of solid waste and waste gas, energy utilization, material utilization, the associated mineral utilization and management.It also brings the theory of material balance to gold mine enterprise successfully and analyses the input and output flow of 7 aspects, such as gold ore reserves and extracting, washing, the gangue production and utilization, the waste gas emission, the extracting and utilization of associated mineral, water utilization, material utilization, energy utilization, and builds the models of balance, which provide methodological baseless for cleaner production practice.Meanwhile, combining the condition of Xingcheng gold mine, first of all, it expatiates cleaner production status quo of Xincheng gold mine. Then, it also studies and discusses existent problems in cleaner production. Aim at these problems, it designs blue prints of cleaner production, implementary approaches and measures and puts forward many resolved approaches of ejecting mud system in gold mine. It analyses these approaches about investment and technique, which provide technical method for cleaner production application and popularization.
