| In this dissertation, I have extracted two species of poisonous plants ofChangbai Mountain, i.e. Anemonin and Corydalis. Then I have screened biologicalactivity of extracts from petroleum ether extracts, chloroform extracts and n-butanolextracts. The results show that chloroform extracts and n-butanol extracts possess agood biological activity. I have also synthesized four Protoanemonin derivatives andtheir biological activity also tested.The extracts of Anemonin and Corydalis from chloroform and n-butanol have aexcellent plant pathogen activity. The chloroform extracts spore germination testson certain pathogenic fungi inhibition rate is very high. The different solvent extractsof the two plants have different effect on plants sprout, growth and chlorophyllbiosynthesis.I have improved synthesis method on the previous work experiences andsynthesized five Protoanemonin derivatives, and the work provided the materialfoundation to further study Protoanemonin derivatives' biological activity.Various studies on the stability of Protoanemonin derivatives, have finished.The results show that they should be stored in dark, cold, chloroform solution.Especially, 5-bromo-2 (5H) furanone can be stored more than 15 months withoutlosing its stability.Various studies on biological activities of Protoanemonin derivatives havefinished. The results show that Structure of the same compounds from differentsubstituents showed a greater difference on the inhibition of plant growth rate. Theresults also show that Pathogen of the inhibition rate are relate to the types ofpathogens. The inhibition is excellent on plant germination and growth, also on lungcancer cell line A-549. |
