Today, with further reformation of health system, more and more enterprises in pharmacy realized the importance of customer. How to keep good relationship with customers will help those to strengthen competition. So, CRM is a resolvent.First of all, the thesis introduces the definition and connotation of CRM according to its relevant theories, determines the basic function of CRM, analyses the cause of fail in course of CRM implementation. Then, the thesis analyses the marketing system of Chinese enterprises in pharmacy; Lastly, the thesis puts forward some suggestions for those enterprises by analyzing the success of CRM implementation in Zi-zhu pharmaceutical Ltd.The research of the thesis includes the results and conclusions of authoritative institutions and a real business case of CRM implementation in Zi-zhu pharmaceutical Ltd. It combines management theory and information technology to ensure the feasibilityand practicability of the contents.The result of research proves that CRM in Zi-zhu pharmaceutical Ltd can strengthen competition, achieve win-win between enterprise and customer. Of course, it will be helpful for other enterprises.
