The paper has discussed the real investigation and application of Six sigma management to be an instance of Jinan zhenghao polyester co., ltd.According to the DMAIC approach of Six-sigma management mode, combining with project management method, the quality improvement project has been selected and successfully implemented on the continuous producing procedure in the producing plant. This implementation of six-sigma management not only bears the important effect for increasing product quality, reducing quality cost, raising product market reputation and benefiting capacity, but also six-sigma management thinking of delighting customer requirement has far-reaching significance to the corporation persistent growing, through increasing customer satisfaction, forming six-sigma corporation culture and boosting core competitive ability .Being a continuous producing plant, the corporation is among with the completely competitive globalization market environment. In the face of position of increasingly severe market competition and customer continual higher requirement for product quality, the corporation is under the strength of product cost and market profit, the corporation demand of survival and development is more and more urgent for enhancement of core competitive ability. Through deeply analysis of competitive environment and currently running status, the paper points out that the only way for breaking away from embarrassment is to improve product quality, increase customer satisfaction, reduce quality cost; through analysis of market investigation and customer's feedback, corporation quality management system's operation, the paper points out that in order to enhance market competition and develop benefit room, introducing six-sigma management mode to corporation is necessary and feasible.This six sigma project is carried out according as DMAIC approach strictly. DMAIC ( Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) is a closed-loop process for continued improvement.The main jobs of Define phase are to analyze the plant process, count quality cost, investigating customer, find out existing main problem of quality and cost, identify project and goal, select right personnel constitute six sigma group, training them with relevant knowledge, In term of project management procedure, describe the project...
