In recent years,Lithium-ion battery application and technical research grew by leaps and bound.One reason,is caused by the excellence performance of Lithium-ion battery.The other reason is,all global countries and companies pay more and more attention to environmental issues and lithium battery have incomparable environmental protection characteristics.Under this situation,people pay more and more attention to the industrial application of Li ion battery electric,including xEV autos,energy storage,etc… It is becoming the hotpot of industry and capital.While the industry is booming,many issues raised.Since the development time is limited,the technical and process development are not good enough.Several accidents and quality issues were reported.Thus,how to improve quality level and optimize operation to meet the demand of rapid development of industry becomes a major issue to be resolved.Electrolyte is one of the major part of Li-ion battery,which contains lots of solvents and fluorochemicals.People start to think of how to produce and deliver electrolyte safely.Currently,the general package is 200 L stainless steel drum with nitrogen gas as protection.Quick connectors are used in daily operations.But the leakage issues are always boring.Once the leakage happened,the solvent will volatilize into the air and cause safety concerns.Meanwhile,fluorochemicals may cause damage to people.This paper studies the cost of quality of BBMS.Which starting from the most concerned economic point,considering product characters,demonstrate the possible reason and potential solution.First,we study the base data of quality cost and find out the issue.Then,the possible solution to the influent factors and developed.The Cost and benefit of solutions are calculated and find the best way.The quality cost system developed can be spread and improvement solution of package is useful to industry development. |
