Modern manufacturing technology base on technology of the computer, combine traditional mechanical manufacturing technology ,digital control technology and network communication technology, make the mechanical manufacturing industry an enormous revolution. So, the research of network manufacturing technology has already become a focal point and focus at present. In the advanced manufacturing technology, digital control technology and CAD/CAM are one of the most basic key technology, and post processing is important component of the NC(numerical control)technology and CAD/CAM technology, it is one of the key technology of the NC programming technology, as a tie of CAD/CAM system and manufacturing, post processing influence use result of automatic programming and processing quality , efficiency of component and reliable operation of machine tool.So it has great realistic meanings to study network NC programming post processing to traditional technological transformation and promote of manufacturing industry.First of all, in order to meet the need of network manufacturing, this paper put forward a economic and feasible solution of the varieties integrated network arrangements and their network topological structure for isomeric NC system and machine tool. Adopt popular soft plug-in package technology, apply CAN (Controller Area NetWork) bus to DNC system communicate, so as to ensure the continuity processed and improve the surface quality of processing component.Secondly, according to the similarity of NC system command code and the output standard of CLF(cutter location file) , author have proved that it is feasibile to design the universal and standardize post process system in CAM. In view of the above, this paper has put forward and constructed the basic thought of universal post in different numerical control system: Solve generality problem with universal post processor and the individual character problem with special-purpose post processor, namely regard studying the universal post processor as the foundation , use relevant technology to customize the special-purpose post processor of NC machine tool.Finally , referencing to successful experience of CAXA-ME of universal post processing , studying the procedure of MasterCAM post processing and dealing with to its post file.This paper has work out HUAZHONG Model I NC system special-purpose post procedure and solved the problem that NC procedure that MasterCAM turn into can not be processed directly at HUAZHONG Model I NC milling machine.
