With the increasing permeation of the school web and the numerous establishment of the Learning Resources Library, it appears a phenomenon that the large operation doesn' t bring the large output, and the high investigation doesn' t bring the great benefit. Therefore, some aspects about how to use the Resources Library effectively, how to bring the advantage of the school web and Resources Library into full play, and the effect of using the resource warehouse, we under the further research. This research uses the certain method of studying experiments and the investigation of questionnaire to carry out a study of the authentic proofs in the vocational middle schools where the teachers use the Learning Resources Library in their teaching and learning. The result of research indicates that students make an obvious progress in their learning achievement, and there are the marked differences in students' motives, tactics and interest of their study, in the comparison of the modern method using the Learning Resources Library to organize the In the process of this research, teachers can deepen the arrangement of using media, and their teaching-and-learning changed and the role of being a teacher are also can be changed. Accumulating the experience in using the Learning Resources Library to cultivate students can promote the permeation of modern education technology in the cooking specialty' s teaching and learning.
