Diet is the first element of human existence, no nation, country can escape this law. German philosopher Ludwig Feuerbach in nineteenth-century once said:"the hearts of love, the first in thought, we must first have the belly thing." It can be clearly seen that food has incomparable value and meaning which any other material can not match.Among many food categories, the Soup developed through the long history, forming a colorful culture and solid technical foundation. Soup is an important part of diet culture. In modern or ancient times, in China or elsewhere, people thought soup as "Rice with soup better than no dishes". Combined with traditional Chinese culture, "Medical food source" health thinking, it is of unique value of integration of soup culture and modern technology in the present pursuit of nutritional value.From the perspective of soup culture, this article centre on the integration of soup culture and modern technology. First, the concept of "Soup culture" was defined. This paper argues that the so-called soup culture is attached to the various cultural elements of production, processing and consumption, discussing the values, aesthetic taste, and way of thinking during the traditional production and consumption of soups. This paper attempts to systematically analyze the theory of Chinese traditional soup culture, paying much attention to methods and probability of integration of traditional soup and technology under the historical conditions of modern society. This paper also tries to guide modern soup production and operations practice by the theoretical research.Researching route of this paper is:First, systematically refining the traditional soup culture; Second, explore the theory of integration of soup culture and modern technology; Finally, apply the results of theoretical research to the production and operating management of company, further exploring the meaning of applying soup culture to the modern enterprise production management in practice.Innovation of this paper is that research of Soup culture is pioneering in the country. This paper fills the gaps in the field to a certain extent. In addition, this paper explored practical significance of soup culture from a technical perspective, and focusing on possible ways of traditional soup production using modern food processing technology through the design and operation of the specific experimental program. This paper offers a new perspective of the sustainable development of the traditional soup culture, also have a certain significance of the product development for soup industry.
