The relation between human and nature is the perpetual topic in history of human and nature.Ecorisis appeared in all the world at the beginning of 21cn..It is important how to settle the relation human and nature. This is the topic that human can't escape.To change ecorisis, we sought for the road of coexistence of human and nature with the development of philosophy and ethics. So we will be asked to give nature ethical care, return to nature, and set up the new type of relation of partner.This article stated the relation of partner.This article made up of three parts. NO1. part mainly introduce the change and reason of the relation between human and nature in every different period. First, the change happened in woman, man and human stage where the standing of woman and nature and the relation was different. We further specified the method of production infected the relation in every stage. Second, we analysed the reason of produce the relation of partner.NO.2 constructed the relation partner based on ontology, value and ethic and stated from the right of live, inherent and the view of dignity. We thought the essence of relation of partner is the ethical relation that is the relation equality and harmoniousness.NO.3 analysed and understood Marxist ecological view under the contemporary view of environmental ephics. Though Marx and Engels didn't specifically put the relation of partner , their view implicated it.NO .4 compared Marxist ecological view and the contemporary environmental ephics especially its important school-ecofeminist. We specified Marxist ecological view is the base of contemporary environmental ephics and the later is the development and completeness.
