Polyacrylate emulsion has the advantages of adhesion, weather resistance, good gloss and transparency, fast drying speed, so in the water-based ink market not only share increased gradually and the scope of application gradually become larger. But the polyacrylate emulsion also has some shortcomings affecting the performance, such as:high temperature turn stick, low temperature turn crisp, poor solvent resistance, minimum film forming temperature is high, poor adhesion, these hindered the polyacrylate emulsion into the high-end water-based ink market. Therefore, by adding a room temperature self crosslinking monomer, synthesis of core-shell structure of the latex particle, chemical bonding of two kinds of resin to give full play to their strengths and the addition of inorganic nanoparticles has important value on acrylate emulsion modified.This thesis through particle design of acrylate, introduced the nano silicon sol and epoxy resin, nano silica sol and acrylate modified epoxy resin double nuclear shell structure emulsion was synthesized by pre emulsified semi continuous seed emulsion polymerization, and joined the diacetone acrylamide-adipic acid dihydrazide room temperature self crosslinking system, solves the hot stick cold brittleness, minimum film forming temperature high, poor solvent resistance and other issues. First, the synthesis factors of core shell structure acrylic emulsion are explored, determine the reaction monomer, pH regulator, initiator, species of emulsifier agent and reaction temperature, stirring speed etc. Based on the change of epoxy resin E-44 and the amount of nano silica sol, using Malvin nano particle size analyzer, film pencil hardness tester, Fu Liye infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, adhesion tester means to test the emulsion and film. The experimental results show that, when the content of nano silica sol emulsion epoxy resin content is 9%, E-44 is 10%, the emulsion and the coating were the best performance. At this point the hardness of film emulsion reaches 5H, alkali resistance, water resistance, heat stability are qualified, storage stability, dilution stability also qualified emulsion. And then the monomer conversion rate is higher, the better the performance of coating film. Fu Liye infrared spectra (FT-IR) shows the occurrence of crosslinking reaction of DAAM and ADH, and the epoxy resin and acrylic acid monomer copolymerization of TEM occurred, DSC (transmission electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry) analysis indicated the nuclear shell structure acrylic emulsion has been synthesized, Malvin showed that the composite particles of the average particle size of about 100nm.Using a self-made two modified acrylate emulsion as film-forming material prepared biodegradable water-based ink, the ink is not only anti UV properties, but also can fade at the appropriate concentration of sodium carbonate solution. It has good application value in newspaper printing and waste newspaper deinking. |
