The introduction of fluoromonomer in the fluoroacrylate resin reduces the surface energy of the resin and effectively solves the problems of poor stain resistance and poor water resistance of polyacrylate.using water as a solvent can reduces the harm of the evaporation of organic solvents in the emulsion to the human body and the environment.Waterborne fluorine-containing acrylate resin has become a hot topic in the field of materials science.In this paper,methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA),isooctyl acrylate(2-EHA)were the primary comonomers,and lauryl methacrylate(DFMA)was the functional monomer.The core-shell emulsion polymerization method was used to synthesize an aqueous fluorinated acrylate emulsion.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,and initiator dosage on the performance of the fluorinated acrylate emulsion were investigated.The strength,hardness,water contact angle,chemical structure,and thermal stability were characterized.The results show that when the initiator is 0.7%,the synthesized fluoroacrylate emulsion has a small particle size and a normal distribution,and excellent stability at room temperature.The obtained emulsion film has a water contact angle of 97.2°,which is a hydrophobic material.It gets a good mechanical properties and thermal stability.Crosslinking modification of fluorinated acrylate by adding different cross-linking agents can enhance the mechanical properties of the emulsion membrane.1,4-butanediol diacrylate(BDDA),divinylbenzene(DVB),ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA),trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA)and pentaerythritol tetraacrylate(PETRA)were selected as the five cross-linking agents,and the effects of their types and dosages on the properties of fluoroacrylate emulsion films were investigated.The results show that with the increase of the number of crosslinkable groups,the thermal stability and tensile strength of the emulsion film are improved;within a certain range,increasing the amount of cross-linking agent can improve the performance of the emulsion film.Among them,the mechanical properties of the emulsion film prepared when the amount of cross-linking agent TMPTA is 2wt.%,Compared with that before modification,the tensile strength is enhanced by 212.5%.By adding silicone to fluorosilicone copolymerization modification,methacryloxy propyl trimethoxyl silane(KH-570),tetramethyl tetravinyl cyclotetrasiloxane(V4),and vinyl triethoxysilane(VTEO)three different silicones were selected,and the influence of the amount of silicone on the performance of acrylic emulsion film was explored.The results demonstrate that the addition of silicone can significantly improve the hydrophobicity of the emulsion film.The emulsion film prepared with the silane VTEO content of 3wt.%has the best hydrophobicity.The water contact angle is 138.5°.The contact angle increased by 41.3°,the water absorption is 3.3%,and the water resistance is good.Organic-inorganic composite modification of fluorinated acrylate emulsion was carried out by adding nano-Si O2,and the influence of the amount of nano-Si O2 on the performance of fluoroacrylate emulsion film was investigated.The results demonstrate that when the added amount of nano-Si O2 is 0.3wt.%,The prepared emulsion film has good hydrophobicity and heat resistance stability.
