So improving the performance of water-based coating to make it to take replace of solvent-based coating. This topic research is around to easily polymerization of acrylic monomers as the raw material for the synthesisthen obtain the relevant law and get the prefect performance of water-based paint.we have mainly do the following several works in this topic:use the AA/MMA/NBMA/HEMA as the main monomer to synthesis the wate r-based acrylic resin which have excellent properties by choosing different flux, or neutralization degree of monomer conversion rate of soft monomer and hard mon omer, water absorption, etc and choose the most suitable conditions.By measuring the change of dilution water-based resin viscosity to get rule and have the more suitable way of the construction.Through the design of core-shell emulsion nuclear layer and shell structure to change different comprehensive performance of the emulsion and the minimum film-forming temperature.The composite using reactive emulsifier and OP-10of core-shell emulsion of low cost and can not only avoid many due to excessive the negative effects of emulsifier. At the same time discusses the emulsifier gentle granule affect core-shell emulsion.Change the dosage of additives on the effects of coating, and the suitable formula of waterborne coatings.Using IR/SEM, water contact Angle, scanning particle size, hardness, water resistance, alkali resistance, acid resistance, impact resistance, adhesion of resin and emulsion were characterized. |
