As the indispensable key equipment in city life, the Equipment for waste disposal has become one of the links of the biggest investment in the project of the construction of the city. And as the first choice of the waste disposal equipment,the mobile garbage transfer station become the major object of the investment because of its advantage of heavy shipped quantity, improving the transfer efficiency, reducing the labor intensity of the sanitation workers and reducing the secondary pollution. However the study of the garbage transfer station is later than the other countries, the existing garbage transfer station has the disadvantage of small compression density, low reliability and hard to eliminate the problem of secondary pollution strictly. So in this paper, aiming at the shortcoming of the existing equipment, based on the advanced experience of the domestic and overseas, we design a portable garbage transfer station with large compression ratio, and the main work of this paper is as follow:(1)On the basis of the comparison of several common lifting device, with reference to the original tilting lifting mechanism, a simpler tilting lifting scheme has been put forward(2)Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing garbage transfer station, on the basis of referring of the existing equipment domestic and overseas, a kind of portable waste compression station has been put forward, and the design and three dimensional modeling has been carried on; In a view of the effect of the compression unit be ideal, a "W" type head structure form.is put forward referring of the wedge pressure head.(3)By the form of finite element analysis, the statics and modal analysis of the portable garbage transfer station has been put forward and the weak links has been found, and provide the basis for subsequent structure optimization.(4)For the problem of deformation and stress be larger in some parts of the portable garbage transfer station and its inherent frequency lower, arrangement of stiffened plates has been carried out to optimize the structure to increase its rigidity and improve its natural frequency.
