| At present,garbage classification is promoting nationwide.Garbage is an inevitable outcome of human society and is closely related to everyone’s daily life.The treatment system for domestic garbage includes activities such as classified collection,transportation,,ransit and disposal.The garbage transfer station is the key in the garbage disposal process.The cost of landfill disposal accounts for about 30%-40%of the total cost of treatment.Most of the expenses are used for garbage collection and transportation.The construction of the domestic garbage transfer station is to replace the small garbage transport vehicle with a large one,which can reduce the number of garbage transportation and reduce the traffic pressure.Therefore,it has considerable economic benefits and a remarkable society benefit.However,the existing rural garbage transfer stations have problems such as outdated facilities and equipment,backward technological level,large amount of garbage removal and high transportation costs,which cannot meet the requirements of current garbage sorting and transportation.This article mainly uses survey method,literature analysis method,comparative analysis method and integer programming method.Based on the analysis of the status quo of garbage disposal in Jiaozhou,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the construction of rural garbage transfer station.Based on the distribution density of rural population,traffic conditions and related construction principles,this paper establishes a site selection model and proposes reasonable.The project plan is also demonstrated and optimized,and the project construction content,schedule control,safeguard measures,project management,and benefit analysis are proposed.The completion of the rural garbage transfer station in Jiaozhou can reduce the resource consumption during the garbage collection and transportation process.After the project is put into production,the garbage disposal can be more timely and efficient,and the treatment level of rural domestic garbage in Jiaozhou will be greatly improved.The research results can provide reference for the improvement of the domestic garbage collection and transportation system in rural areas,improve the quality of rural environment,and realize the reduction,resource and harmless treatment of garbage. |
