HGCS100 horizontal garbage compression station is a kind of garbage compression equipment integrated with PLC remote control system,which can efficiently complete garbage collection,compaction and transfer,etc.It is buried in the ground when working,the operating environment is more clean and comfortable because the operation is completely closed.In order to improve the product performance and competitiveness,a domestic environmental technology company cooperated with Yanshan university to complete the structural optimization design of HGCS100 horizontal garbage compression station with the goal of lightweight.Firstly,according to the actual structure of the horizontal garbage compression station,the parametric finite element model of the horizontal garbage compression station is established based on the APDL of ANSYS.Secondly,the whole compression process of the loose garbage into a solid mass after it is pushed into the box was analyzed.The Eggshell compressed garbage load model proposed by professor Chen shuxun of Guangxi university was improved to deduce the pressure load model suitable for the the horizontal station compression box.Then,the most dangerous working condition of the horizontal station compression box was determined for the full-load compression working condition,and the stress test was carried out under the working condition,and the load model of the box was modified according to the experimental test data.Finally,do a structure finite element analysis for the horizontal garbage compression station,and the cause of severe deformation of compression box is analyzed and the structure improvement scheme is determined according to results.In addition,there are large safety margin in the parts,such as pushing board and front door,etc,lightweight on the premise of meet the structural strength,and achieve weight reduction is 10.8%.The research content of this paper provides a new idea for the design of the horizontal garbage compression station,and the optimization and improvement scheme can improve product performance and increase the benefit of enterprise,which has important practical signification.
