The linear density of the pure silk spun yarn is 1 / 166.7dtex, the pure ply silk yarn are 1/55.5 dtex×2,1/83.3dtex×2, 1/125 dtex×2, the blend yarn of silk and wool is 1/83.3dtex×2(85/15), the blend yarn of silk and cotton is 1/166.7dtex×2(70/30),It also configured the different ratio and type of slurry. We used GA392 electronic yarn sizing machine for sizing and analyze sizing performance; during the process of exploring the optimal solution silk yarn sizing in the way of orthogonal experiments, including temperature sizing, sizing speed and drying temperature. We also improved film device based on the traditional film and optimized its drying conditions, analyzed film performance of the bone glue slurry; Finally the paper took PVA biodegradable into account, It proposed an alternative plan between PVA and gum, and carried out a preliminary study.1. The yarn has revealed good linear density uniformity and high quality. The yarn has better breaking strength and elongation except the pure silk yarn. The silk yarn sizing process was optimized by using the orthogonal design, and the optimal technology solution is: slurry tank temperature 70 ℃, sizing speed 40 m / min, drying temperature 90 ℃. Glue effect on sizing of silk yarn after the PVA, the sizing effect thereof is superior to other single component slurry and the mixed slurry, the sizing is high, a small loss of elasticity,reinforcing rate greater reduction elongation also controlled within a reasonable range.Taking into account the degradation of PVA is poor, it’s better to use glue for silk yarn sizing as the main slurry.2. Under constant temperature and humidity conditions, the testing of glue / PVA series of modified starch slurry and slurry have a better class of serous uniformity. After adding PVA glue can significantly improve the film, making serous become flexible in glue:PVA: starch = 3: 1: 1, the film is better, high breaking strength, adhesion and water-soluble resistance are better.3. Glue / gum slurry enhance the rate of double strand of silk yarn and blended high elongation and reduction can be controlled within a narrow range, compared with the glue /PVA, value or less, indicating that alternative feasibility of PVA to glue, and when the mixture concentration of glue, starch and gum paste is controlled between 3% to 5%, the sizing effect is better. |
