Study On The Sizing Performance Of The Single-yarn And Warp Laboratory Sizing Machine

Sizing machine is a central manufacturing equipment of the sizing. The single-yarn and laboratory sizing machine perform a sufficiently important function in the small-lot manufacture of the sizing. The single-yarn sizing machine is applied to manufacture dyed yarn fabric and samples, which can improve quality of the dyed yarn fabric and efficiency of making samples. The laboratory sizing machine is applied to research the sizing agent and make the sizing experimentation, which can save the time of research and the cost of enterprises. However, because they appear lately, people use them in the feeling and discussing phase. Studying on they performance of the sizing is in favor of their extending, and can offer the reference of the theory and practice for the textile enterprises to use them and the manufacturer of the sizing machine to ameliorate the deficiency the equipment, then, drive the development of the textile industry in our country. Therefore, the study on this dissertation is extremely vital significance.Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the configuration specialty of the single-yarn and laboratory sizing machine, and bases on the single-yarn and laboratory sizing machine as the primary experiment equipment, which is made by Jiangnan University, that united other factory. By contrasting the sizing performance between the single-yarn and laboratory sizing machine and the warp sizing machine, this dissertation analyzes the specialty of the sizing performance of the single-yarn and laboratory sizing machine. Secondly, this dissertation analyzes the reasons for causing the sizing quality bad, depending on which this dissertation bring forward new project to size again. Compared to the sizing performance of the original experiment of the single-yarn and laboratory sizing machine, new project ultimately settles the problems of the original experiment. And the conclusion reflects that the single-yarn sizing machine select the sizing agent and sizing Craft parameter according as itself'configuration specialty. And it reflects that using the separating wet yarn equipment designed by myself and other methods can bring into play the function of the laboratory sizing machine.
