| With the rapid development of spatial data technology and its application in different areas, GIS, especially 3D GIS, with the advantage of 3D display of spatial data, has become the significant development direction and it has been widely used in city, geology etc. Digital mine and 3D display has become the main application area of 3D GIS. It has played an important role in digital mine with the 3D visualization and analysis function of spatial data. There are two main develop methods of mine visualization system, one is underlying development, and the other is secondary development based on GIS platform software. Compared with underlying development method, secondary development method could fulfill a wide variety of functions with the combination of existing functions in GIS platform. In addition, it could use the common data format in GIS platform to improve the development efficiency. However, existing 3D GIS of secondary development mainly focus on visualization with the fact of being short of analysis and management functions. And the functions in these system could not meet the requirements with high customization level.In regard to above problems, this paper intends to use the secondary development method after analyzing the function of mine visualization system. Based on ArcGIS Engine, a mine 3D GIS prototype system is completed.3D modelling and visualization functions with greater variety and higher customization level are proposed and developed. By using this method, development efficiency is improved greatly. Tunnel modelling, stratum and drill modelling, drill dynamic presentation and section analysis functions are completed..The specific research and main results are as follows.(1) Summarizing and comparing existing 3D GIS and visualization and application in mine digitization. Using the secondary development method based on ArcGIS Engine, combine and utilize existing function models flexibly to achieve functions with greater variety, improve development efficiency.(2) Analyzing the creation method of 3D model based on Multipatch. Using Multipatch, this paper studied the creation method of tunnel and other feature in mine. A method of tunnel 3D modelling based on center line is proposed, and modelling for intersect point of different center lines and joint modelling are achieved. Based on ArcGIS Engine, put forward the creation of stratum, drilling, building model and method of model texture mapping. Study and propose section analysis, tunnel navigation functions.(3) Design and implement 3D GIS system for mine based on ArcGIS Engine. The system architecture contains data, professional business part and application. The system is capable of 3D scene display and navigation,3D modelling and viewing of features in mine, scene mark, section analysis functions. |
