The mining industry is an independent foundation industry in the national economy, the foundation industry nature of mining is decided by it's status in the national economy. Since the modernized industry and the modernized agriculture have appeared, mineral resources has become one of determining factors to influent the prosper of society and the national prosperous, mineral resources rich degree, basically reflects a national development latent strength. In the current resources globalization and the economical globalization new situation, the development of mining industry is an important symbol to weight a state economy the society development and the comprehensive national strength.But, as the present mine situation to speak, our country mining industry has met the unprecedented survival and development crisis, such as the resources depletion, the labor productivity low, the product competitive ability difference, the environmental pollution is serious and so on. Therefore, the mining industry enterprise would develop that is decided to various factors. First we must adjust ore grade, the deposit development and the mining plan according to the market change condition, so mine enterprise needs clearly to understand the deposit's internal structure characteristic and exterior shape spatial variation rule. Using the microsoft SURPAC establish database and the ore deposit model, we can get the ore body three dimensional visible model, it happen to may achieve this goal.The paper introduced the deposit digitization theory and correlating domestic and foreign mining software and its present research situation, on the basis of full analysis and research to the geology characteristic of TongKeng tin mine in Guangxi DaChang, using the mining software SURPAC established 91# ore body, mined-out area and gallery system three dimensional digitized model of TongKeng tin mine, and using our laboratory developed "the mineral deposit mathematics-economic software package" and SPSS as the assistance tool to fit variation function and analysis the primitive database. According to the actual situation of TongKeng tin mine, through studying the digitization model, has mainly yielded the following results:(1) Established 91# ore body, mined-out area and gallery system three dimensional digitized model of TongKeng tin mine, formed the three dimensional visible system of TongKeng tin mine;(2) By the three dimensional digitized model, we may inquiry the material data, may add, delete and revise the database according to the need of the mine; And realize to draw the limit of ore body by the dynamic multi-plans, it has practical significance to production management of the mine;(3) By the digitization model, we can quickly calculate reserves and grade of the ore body, get the reserves reports according to some characteristic, use the computer to plan geologic map of the mine automaticly. That enhance production automaticity of the mine;(4) By three dimensional visible system, it is very easy to observe the exterior characteristic, internal structure and every component's spatial variation rule of the ore body, thus we can develop resource with a clear goal;(5) Established mined-out area and gallery system three dimensional digitized model of TongKeng tin mine for the first time, to assistant mining design.
