The Research Of The Land Ecological Security Evaluation In The Village Based On Land Use Behavior Of Agricultural Management Entities

Land ecological security is an important part of the ecological security and a basis for the sustainable utilization of land resources. It is facing a series of challenges with the rapid development of our social economy and the contradiction of the population, resource and environment is becoming increasingly prominent. It is particularly urgent and important for the land ecological protection to understand the status of land ecological security in a timely manner through the land ecological security evaluation, find the problems of land ecological security accurately, give a land ecological security alarm and take effective measures.Based on the theory and literature research of households land use behavior change,this research analyses the behavior of different management entities,and constructs the village land ecological security evaluation index system including the pressure index, state index, response index,the weight of each index ensured by the method of entropy right and the PSR (Pressure-State-Response) model combining with the actual situation of study area.It is used by Fengsi village, Hechuan district as a representative of the retail of village agricultural production land ecological security evaluation in the hilly areas, Zhonghua village, Qijiang district as a representative of the professional large agricultural production land ecological security evaluation in the hilly areas and Dazhu village, Hechuan district as a representative of the agriculture corporation agricultural production land ecological security evaluation in the hilly areas. The results show that:(1)The land ecological security evaluation index system based on land use behavior of village can measure the level of ecological security in the land of the village. The village land ecological security evaluation results for different business entities dominated hilly area through land ecological security evaluation index system based on land use behavioral overall consistent. The evaluation system is scientific. This paper evaluate Fengsi village as a representative of the retail, Zhonghua Village as a representative of the large agricultural business and Dazhu village as a representative of the agricultural enterprise through the land ecological security evaluation index system of land use based on the behavior. The land ecological security evaluation index of the retail agricultural business were 0.3919,0.457,0.3957 and land ecological security level is III. The land ecological security evaluation index of the large agricultural business were 0.4251,0.4444,0.4088 and land ecological security level is III. The land ecological security evaluation index of the agriculture enterprise were 0.5702,0.7787,0.7525,and land ecological security level is IV, V, V,(2)The land use behavior impacts of different agricultural business entities are different. Land use behavior of the agriculture enterprise is more ecological.The comprehensive index of land ecological security of retail, large family and enterprise in the three villages, are different. Land evaluation index of enterprise operated by a higher, more secure land use behavior through the comprehensive evaluation of ecological security index.(3)The land use behavior of different agricultural business is the behavior of production decision in land use essentially. The agricultural business have greater autonomy, become more rational in the agricultural production and the decision of land use is becoming more scientific in the establishment of goal, judgment, decision-making and implementation of responsibility. The different agricultural business’target is different, and the land investment behavior and field management practice are different too in the influence of farmland natural conditions, main characteristics, regional economic development level, customs and policies and other factors, then affect the land ecological security. The stampede of the labor,the use of chemical fertilizer, pesticides and plastic film, the the improve of the number of planting crop will be affect the land ecological security negative;the use of organic fertilizer,irrigation,mechanization production and planting trees will affect the land ecological security positive.Finally, this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the village land ecological security level.We should develop the active effect of enterprise to guide the management of agriculture of retail and large agricultural business. Guiding the retail and large agricultural business to decrease the land ecological security pressure and improve the land ecological security response efforts.To control the population, reduce agricultural pollution, so as to guarantee the construction of livable rural living environment and beautiful Chinese.
