But these ways has many problems. Conventional pumping system passed many links, adjustable poor performance, wear resistance, Easy Card pump, power consumption, low efficiency, poor durability shortcomings, ESP need to give full consideration to the pump sealing, there is easy dropout serious heat problems, public consumption, low efficiency, Screw pump in the work process prone to mechanical parts wear serious, so that the service life of the components greatly reduce. This paper will examine a new type of vehicle gas production liquid discharge jet pump system for the shortcomings of conventional coal seam gas mining methods. The system has a simple equipment, easy installation, easy maintenance, simple, low investment costs, persistent work, transportation quick etc.This paper mainly analysed and studied on the jet pump system drainage gas recovery performance, coiled tubing system on-board removed performance. Established the drainage gas recovery work and design theory of jet pump, special jet pump drainage gas recovery for the preliminary structure design, System work when the string is established within the annular space liquid flow field rule analysis model; The assembly of coiled tubing drum design and research; Analysis of coiled tubing with jet pump rational matching technology; For in-vehicle systems move and work in a state of the center of gravity of the coordinates, via performance, maximum gradability, longitudinal and lateral stability was analyzed and the research; Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to calculate the frame strength and stiffness, natural frequency and vibration mode.
