Xushui river is one of them, Xushui river has water contaminated an extremely important role in Gongjing region. In order to protect the Xushui river and provide the Xushui river protection reference base to relevant departments.In this paper, COD, TP, TN as the study factor,We studied the non-point source pollution total amount control of Xushui River in Gongjing section. The main research conclusion is as follows:1. Collecting and analyzing the data about administrative planning information graph of Xushui River in Gongjing and network structure information, land use status and population, livestock, sewage, other industrial enterprises and water quality monitoring data.2. Model of estimating water environment capacity about non-point source pollution is established, which is called he method of background water quality and concentration. Water environment capacity of non-point source pollution on six control units is calculated. The calculation result of water environment capacity shows that:due to the background input concentration is higher than that of water environment management goal in part of the control unit, so the value is negative, which mean the river has no self-purification ability, although to cut all pollution load, zero emissions, the goal of water environment management cannot be achieved.For all the control unit, the water environmental capacity in dry season is generally less than the capacity of water environment in wet season, because under the action of wet season, with rainfall runoff plenty of non-point source pollution goes into the river, leading to the self-purification ability of the river declined. the conclusion about he various pollutants of the control unit is following:For COD:except normal water and dry season of control unit 1ã€control unit 4, the river section environmental capacity is negative, the water environmental capacity is that:dry season> normal water> wet season. Due to the control unit 1ã€5ã€6ã€7〠8 have many companies to drain, there are no environmental capacity;For TP:the entire river, in addition to the wet season in control unit 4, the rest period environmental capacity is positive, about water environmental capacity, dry se ason> normal water> wet season;For TN:the entire river, in addition to the normal water and wet season in co ntrol unit 1ã€the wet season in control unit 7, the rest period environmental capacity is positive, about water environmental capacity, dry season> normal water> wet seaso n;3.Reduction model of non-point source pollution is established to calculate out the reduction in various control units of different pollutants and different stages of abatement, according to the proportional allocation principles, such as according to the contribution rate of various industries in the non-point source pollution reductions, the distribution of the different industries will be assigned to different water period.4.This article analyze on producing pollution about Livestock and poultry breeding industry, land use in farmland and rural life, then according to the non-point source pollution cut and control result, reference abroad some mature technology system, proposing pollutant control technologies and pollutant control suggestions of macro policy, From three aspects of pollutant production:livestock breedingã€Farm land use runoff and rural domestic. |
