The Development of Xigu chemical industrial park in Lanzhou bring the development of the region economic while generating environmental problems can not be ignored, of which the most prominent is atmospheric environmental issues. How to solve the atmospheric environmental issues in Xigu chemical industrial park have become major issues in Xigu chemical industrial park surrounding villagers and Lanzhou city leaders concerned.Lanzhou University carried out post project analysis for environmental impact of Xigu chemical industrial park, then developed a total pollutant control scheme in park and proposed strategic measures for sustainable development of regional economy.However, since the post project analysis,the pollution and ambient air quality have changed a lot, while in2012the State Environmental Protection Department issued the "Ambient Air Quality Standard"(GB3095-2012), Lanzhou City as the capital city in2012the implementation of the standards, according to the new standards, the Xigu chemical industrial park the three types of areas into two types of areas. Under the new background conditions, in order to better control and improve the air pollution problems in Xigu chemical industrial park, it’s need to calculate the total reduction programs and develop reduce the total solution.In this paper,sum up the topographical features and the meteorological characteristics, analysis the air quality trends from the past decadeã€pollution change,base on the post project analysis for environmental impact of Xigu chemical industrial park in2005,,according to the status of atmospheric environmental quality, distribution and other data sources, follow A-P value method to determine the environmental capacity indicators and pollutant reductions, And compare with the post project analysis, analyze changes in environmental capacity; at the same time, multi-source model method is used in Xigu chemical industrial park to calculate and research environment capacity, and to determine the applicability of the method of total control programs.By studying this paper, get the following conclusions: Firstly, A-P value method definite the environmental capacity in Xigu chemical industrial park in2014of SO2ã€NO2ã€TSPã€NMHC is20895tã€13930tã€9650t,ã€46665.5t,the remaining atmospheric environmental capacity of SOã€NMHC is14037.95tã€29490.78,NO2ã€TSP has no remaining environmental capacity.Secondly, according to the total emissions to determine the status indicators and reduction programs:where the total amount of SO2in the frame source reduction as115.16t, source reduction of elevated total of449.19t;NO2source reduction in the total amount of shelf55.9t,source reduction of elevated total amount11578.97t;while reducing elevated source TSP emissions control area,control areaconstruction management and ecological construction.Finally, Multi-source model approach for calculating the West solid chemical park SO2, NO2environmental capacity of the TSP,NMHC environmental capacity calculation does not apply; computing environment capacity of multi-source model approach is more conservative than the AP value method is conducive to better protection control District of ambient air quality, solid recommendations for future chemical park west SO2NO2environmental capacity of multi-source model for accounting method.Hope this article can be benefit to the total quantity control in Xigu chemical industrial park and improve ambient air quality in control region. |
