| Recently, coal industry has gradually been a pillar industry of economic development in our country, meanwhile, monitoring of coal production has a significant development. Monitoring and measuring system of coal production is treated as one of the most important system, which is widely used in every mine of Shanxi even the whole country and have been one of the standards of safe operation of coal mine. Main function of monitoring and measuring system of coal production is taken as important basis which regulatory supervise coal mine safety, like over-producing coal, which has yielded good results. However, there are still many deficiencies including imperfect uniform industry standard, non-uniform precision of monitoring data and not sharing of production safety and surveillance video, which are serious problems.In accordance with the problems above and actual situation of design requirement, we have designed, based on.NET, monitoring and measuring system of coal production and safety monitoring. The data of coal production are collected by electronic belt weigher, and then, uploaded to engine room and superior supervision center via Internet. System software are developed by Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server2008. Combining with technology of network communication, database technology and ASP.NET, users’ demands have been satisfied, like multi-terminal remote access, data examining and video examining.The main points of this paper are:1, With understanding the issue background, research meaning and according to relative rules and design principles, we designed monitoring and measuring system of coal production and safety monitoring based on.NET. The structure and workflow of the system are mainly introduced.2, Development platform used in designing and key technologies have been introduced in detail, including VS kit, ASP.NET, network communication and methods of software testing etc.3, Development platform used in designing and key technologies have been introduced in detail, including Visual Studio kit, ASP.NET, network communication and methods of software testing etc.Through the experimental test, the system basically realize the expected functions including monitoring coal production real-time data, inquiring historic data, statics and so on. During the later period, the system will be further improved in integrity of functions. |
