Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of science and technology,various functions of coal mine safety monitoring system are gradually improving with the development.In the safety of coal mine production,we do our best to monitor and monitor the safety data,analyze and make a safety strategy.In addition,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the other safety factors of the coal mine.In this paper,a set of system for coal mine safety monitoring is designed in this paper.In this paper,the general technical route,overall design,module design and safety monitoring system of the research system are introduced in detail.In terms of system design,this paper adopts a hierarchical structure method.The whole system is divided into presentation layer,business logic layer and data access layer.For the complex logic layer deconstruction,it is divided into simple module,convenient design.Finally,the whole system logic layer is encapsulated,and the whole coal mine safety monitoring system is built.This research makes a thorough research on the safety of coal mine,understands its sufficient research background,sums up the existing problems,analyzes the whole security system,designs the functional modules according to the demand pertinence,and uses the popular and easy to operate language C# as the programming language,and makes a reasonable analysis of this The safety scope of the system is focused on designing safety monitoring and determining the functions required by the system.The system research through the demand analysis of real life,clear the system needs to meet the functions,and according to the relevant content of the system overall design and the various functional modules design,in the system design,mainly divided into server layer,monitoring layer and data management layer.The function module is based on practical,convenient and easy to use,with the principle of overall design goals and requirements,and complete the system design with the combination of resources.The system takes safety monitoring as the main purpose,analyzes various conditions under the mine,and uses ZigBee data collection block to take data,including the temperature,humidity,floating magazine(such as coal dust,etc.)under the mine,and the concentration of harmful gas(such as carbon dioxide,sulfur dioxide,ammonium oxide and two ammonium oxide etc.)and oxygen concentration.The collected data is packaged and sent to the system data management layer through the serial port.The system will feed back data in time to divide the data packet,and the most data are analyzed,collected,processed and stored.It has reached the real-time monitoring of the data under the mine,accurately understands the real time situation under the mine,and ensures the safety of the coal mine.This system uses.NET as the development platform,C# as the system programming language,MySql as the system database to store all the data of the coal mine well,and the design of a coal mine well safety monitoring system.The monitoring system achieves real-time security monitoring,data anomaly monitoring,data storage,query and data report generation.The system uses parallel computing,greatly speeds up the processing of data,reduces the system pressure caused by a large number of data at the same time,facilitates the staff to simplify the operation process,ensures the real-time monitoring,and accurately provides the safety situation in the coal mine,and analyses the production environment in real time.In order to reduce the occurrence of production accidents,we should give timely warning to abnormal situations.
