This essay elaborates the reason, idea, show effects, feelings and experience in the final work<Jiangnanxiangji> by designing a tea product visual image. It also explores how to combine Chinese traditional elements to the modern brands of tea. For so long, people love tea and tea has a long history in China. The fit of tea and Chinese spirit makes the worldwide spread of tea being regarded as not only consumer goods but also a symbol of China. Therefore, this harmony endows tea with sense of poetry and more charm, and making tea become a unique spirit treasure of Chinese. For this sake, the design and creation of tea brand should reflect the style and feature of Chinese culture.The tea image in<Jiangnanxiangji> is based on a brief, fresh and natural design concept and was introducing both traditional and modern elements, which was inspired by Chinese traditional aesthetics, classical pattern and traditional culture. In addition, this image also paid attention to the design of logo, graphic, color and exhibition effects in case to shape the image more vividly and express the spirit and culture it contained more accurately and effectively. Obviously, how to present distinguishing features of a national culture and express cultural implication by modern means is worth thinking. As a Chinese designer, we have the responsibility on inheriting traditional culture and learning the advanced idea from the whole world at the same time, so that our work would be better both outwardly and inherently.
