The Research Of Ecological Carrying Capacity In New Urbanization Process

In recent years, under the impetus of the economic development and national policy, the development of new type urbanization, not only improves the efficiency of the production factor allocation between urban and rural areas, promotes the sustained and rapid development of national economy, brings the changes of social structure, but also promotes the living standards of urban and rural residents. But in the process of development of new type urbanization, urban space distribution and the scale structure is unreasonable, and is not match the urban ecological environment carrying capacity. The city as a social-economic-natural system, the biggest carrying capacity which moves to the human activities is a question which the sustainable development research cannot be avoided, only clearing up the biggest carrying capacity of urban ecological system which sustained the humanity, and it can further determine the reasonable development intensity, and then make a complete and practical model of sustainable development.Based on the theory of new urbanization, the theory of ecological carrying capacity and sustainable development theory, combined with China’s economic and social development situation, from economic, social and ecological three aspects,the theory introduces the current situation of our country: China’s GDP grows significantly, the national economy is under steady state gradually, the people’s living standards continue to improve; The rapid development of the new urbanization led to a surge of urban population, the pressure of population density is more larger, which adds potential resistance for the sustainable development of the national economy; The rapid development of urbanization brings great pressure to the urban ecological environment, the government realized the importance of the ecological environment, and bring the protection of urban ecological and environment under the policy while pay attention to economic development, which alleviate the pressure of urban ecological environment at a certain extent, and also let environmental protection concept deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Second, from social subsystem and economic subsystem and ecological subsystem, constructed the index system of ecological carrying capacity in our country, this article uses the state space method estimating the change of the urban ecological carrying capacity at 2009-2013, finds that between 2009 and 2013, our country city’s social subsystem and ecological subsystem is in overload condition besides economic subsystem, combined three subsystems, it is concluded that the urban ecosystem carrying also has been in full load condition. The reason is with the further advance of the new urbanization and standardization, the whole development of the economy is in a kind of new growth, the economic growth has great potential, on the other hand, the rapid development of the new type of urbanization leads to the rapid urban population surge, the density of urban population is too large, destroyed the ecological environment of the city. Although the government has invested a lot of energy in the urban environment pollution control, there is still no effective. In the process of new urbanization, the goal of building a green city is still difficult. At last, aimed at the current urban ecological load condition from the society, economy and environment three aspects, the author put forward some policy suggestions, in order to realize the urban social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit of the best combination.This paper combines the research of ecological carrying capacity, the new urbanization theory and sustainable development theory, innovative constructs the evaluation index system of urban ecological carrying capacity. Furthermore, the paper is introducing the state space method to the ecological carrying capacity of our country, which makes the results more truthful.
