Flavonoids on the human body with important physiological functions, can be used as health food base material for functional food research and development. The paper plant in Xinjiang, the good quality raw materials of Qiamagu, from separation, extraction of flavonoids, purified by macroporous resin, be produced in capsule products. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Qiamagu flavonoid extraction method. Were selected ultrasonic, microwave and supercritical carbon dioxide and France three methods for the extraction of Qiamagu flavonoids, its conclusions are:①The single factor experiments and response surface experiments to determine the ultrasonic extraction of Qiamagu flavonoids best process parameters:concentration of 52% ethanol, liquid ratio 1:41, ultrasonic power 438W, time of 55min, and flavonoids from 0.5096%, this value is not optimized process than the 1.18 times increase.②The single factor experiments and response surface experiments to determine the microwave extraction of Qiamagu flavonoid optimum parameters were:72% ethanol concentration, solid to liquid ratio of 1:12, the microwave power 435W, extraction time of 80s, from flavonoids content of 0.6368%, the value of optimization process is not increased more than 1.26 times.③The single factor experiments and response surface experiments in supercritical carbon dioxide extraction Qiamagu flavonoids parameters were:85% ethanol concentration, extraction pressure 26 MPa, extraction time of 54min, extraction temperature 46℃, income class flavonoid content was 0.3926%, the value of optimization process is not increased more than 1.08 times.(2) Qiamagu flavonoids crude extract purification and oxidation resistance. Qiamagu by macroporous resin and purified flavonoids old. The results show that:the time required for the adsorption of 4h; dynamic adsorption process, the adsorption rate was 2.0mL/min, desorption of ethanol concentration of 50%, desorption flow rate of 1.5mL/min, then the purity of 78% flavonoids, yield was 70%. Also Qiamagu flavonoid extract ancient antioxidant research.(3) Qiamagu flavonoid microencapsulation. Spray drying method used Qiamagu flavonoids were microencapsulated. Optimal conditions and parameters:the best ratio of 1:1 wall material (Arabic gum:β-cyclodextrin), core material and wall material ratio of 1:15, the temperature was 180℃, homogeneous pressure 30MPa.
