Tibetan Traditional Ecological Civilization And Tibetan Ecological Compensation Law

Tibetan area is located in Tibetan Plateau. Owing to the fragile and vulnerable environment, Tibetan area may deteriorate swiftly when the ecological environment is destroyed by human beings. At the same time, Tibetan area is one of ecological protective screen in China. Tibetan area have an important function for its location where is source of great rivers. If the environment in Tibetan area is destroyed, the adverse impact is hard to image. In recent years, the government has built some ecological protective regions, but it still injures the rights and benefits of citizens living in protective regions for lacking in ecological compensation mechanism. At the same time, establishing ecological compensation mechanism in Tibetan area in the process of "ecological due to lack of faith" is the core of ecological compensation spirit, making the compensation system in the implementation of the Tibetan people have not fully understood and compelling. This makes some problems in the formulation and implementation of the process in the ecological compensation in Tibetan area.Due to the particularity of the Tibetan ecological environment and the social structure, the answer of Tibetan ecological compensation must be out of ideas, from the views of the Tibetan population, resources, social and traditional culture. Especially attention should be paid to the Tibetan traditional ecological civilization which reflected in the ecological protection for the important thoughts. The Tibetan traditional ecological civilization which rooted in Tibetan Buddhism, Tibetan custom and the traditional Tibetan culture contains rich and modern ecological concept. Meanwhile, the Tibetan people's beliefs on its native culture sentiment from the Tibetan traditional ecological civilization. The spiritual connotation and value of Tibetan ecological traditional culture should play great rule in the Tibetan ecological compensation mechanism in positive ways.This paper firstly introduces the related theories of ecological compensation; the importance of ecological compensation in Tibetan area and the ecological compensation problems in Tibetan. Then from the Angle of ecological anthropology, the Tibetan traditional ecological civilization can summarize as the material, spiritual, system and behavior civilization. Basing on this, the paper raises the construction of ecological compensation mechanism in Tibetan humanistic tendency. This paper tries to summarize Tibetan historical process in the traditional ecological civilization, in order to improving Tibetan ecological compensation mechanism and making the Tibetan ecology protection system better.
